Launching BZflag

Post by Colonel »

So I was playing BZFlag last night and then I couldn't see anything.(froze client). I rebooted and tried to go back in. When I click on the desktop icon to launch the program, it flashes and doesn't load.

I go into my task manager and see bzflag.exe running and using 97% to 99% of my system. It will stay like that and then I just kill the process.

I have uninstalled BZ and re-installed thinking maybe it was a corrupt file. It still hangs..

Any ideas what it might be?

Thanks,

Delete your config file.

Code: Select all

C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\My Documents\My BZFlag Files\2.0\config.cfg

Since your config file was deleted, make sure that if you've taken any screenshots, that you fix the corresponding entry in your new config file so that your screenshots don't get overwritten.
