Dual screens

Post by Lee »

Well, I have a 17" LCD screen on this laptop and a 15" or 17" CRT, and I want my radar on the CRT, and my HUD on the LCD, how would I do this?

I've seen it be done, and I'm asking how.

EDIT: If not, is it possible to see my right and left sides? Is that what -view three does? Meh ...

AFAIK it was done using Nvidua drivers for MS Windows and with two screens running the same resolution. If you don't have drivers supporting this with your firmware, hardware and software you're out of luck.

I've got an ATI Radeon gfx card, and I don't know if it has drivers, what about side views along with forward? I think that's what -view three does, but all of them on one 17" laptop screen is annoying :\

It was just a spanned display setup with a very large radar. The console was probably set with the opacity maxed out.

Well, I maxed opacity and radar bar in options, unless it's possible to make bigger? And 'spanned display' = Extended desktop?
