Is there a way to use webcam for game controls in linux?

Just tried eViacam:
After some practice (~2 minutes) I was able to drive tank on DuPi map. Still looking for hand (finger?) tracking solution.
UPD: Tried on MW2.3, it works, but headache was the most significant result.
