As stated, you'll have to reinstall your system. You could burn an Ubuntu Live CD and recover any important files off your existing hard drive. After you have any files copied off to a flash drive or USB hard drive, I would suggest doing a full reinstall of Windows (formatting the hard drive in the process). Or use the restore CD/DVD that came with your computer.
