Re: NSIS Error
Are you downloading it from Sourceforge or http://my.bzflag.org/w/Download? And what OS? If it is from either of those places the issue is on your end.

The wiki page leads to the sourceforge downloads. He wrote he's using Vista.joevano wrote:Are you downloading it from Sourceforge or http://my.bzflag.org/w/Download? And what OS? If it is from either of those places the issue is on your end.
Well that pretty much sais it; The installer you downloaded isn't complete or otherwise broken, common cause is an unstable internet connection.Dani wrote:installer intergrity check has failed.

Try to download and install some more.
Re: NSIS Error
It is obvious for someone like me or you that they point to the same place , but to the average end user that is not the case. You must only be a developer and not an end user support person.Cobra_Fast wrote:The wiki page leads to the sourceforge downloads.joevano wrote:Are you downloading it from Sourceforge or http://my.bzflag.org/w/Download? Re: NSIS Error
So no matter who you are or who I am, knowing the link doesn't bring any effort in resolving this issue since the files the average end user gets are the same from both places.joevano wrote:It is obvious for someone like me or you that they point to the same place , but to the average end user that is not the case. Re: NSIS Error
It does shed light on whether the files are or are not coming from an authorized distribution point, that we have control over. If they are not from one of those links then he needs to contact the person whose link it is being downloaded from. Please quit trying to make things difficult.
