Hey all, I know that this is a common issue, but this is seriously mystifying me. So, I am playing BZFlag and I am REALLY jitttery... fps is average 5. The only other big applacation i have on is the internet site for unlimited nyan cat, or nyan.cat (trying to get a high score.) :) HOW DO I FIX THIS???

Plz help.
thx, popperman99

Wait wait wait, your average FPS is 5, as in, FIVE? Wow. Okay, here's why you have jitter. Your computer is from 1995. Go out and spend $150 on a used PC that can actually run games from this decade.

Um... blast? This computer is a Windows Vista, for one, and it has like... REALLY HIGH-PERFORMANCE GRAPHIC CARDS.
Also, THX Joe. It helped alot.
Flag, I would probably say around -10, but with all my jitter, making it hard to shoot me, maybe -5.

A high performance card with proper drivers would get hundreds of fps in bz not 5, even in vista. Low fps will cause lag since the CPU will only check the networking once a frame.
