So I wanted to allow image downloads from the mofo servers... but I can't find the "DownloadAccess.txt" (or whatever name it was) that it mentioned. I'm on a Mac (10.7.4)
Help?

Your DownloadAccess.txt should be in the 2.4 config directory, but one directory level back. They are listed here: http://wiki.bzflag.org/Config_File

So yours would be in

~/Library/Application Support/BZFlag/DownloadAccess.txt

I didn't have a "BZFlag" folder in application support, so I made my own, and added the DownloadAccess.txt file, left it blank, but nothing worked

Whoop, it looks like the wiki is out-dated. I don't have a Mac at the moment, so I'm going to guess and say it's at ~/AppData/Local/BZFlag/DownloadAccess.txt. I remember reading about it being in there one time...Hope I'm right. :P

No, it will be in ~/Library/Application Support/BZFlag/. Keep in mind that ~ is your home directory, so it will actually be something like /Users/YourUsername/Library/Application Support/BZFlag/.

I always find that file location (and still do) by taking a screenshot in the bzflag application. This will show you the path to the screenshot, the download access file should be in the parent directory of the screenshot.(/BZFlag) I think it would be safe to say that this ALWAYS works, but I may be wrong.
Also it may be helpful to note that the file location will most likely be hidden, so you might need to change your file explorer settings to show hidden file, or simply use a command prompt.
