BZ launches ZOOM!
BZ launches ZOOM!
I am on 2.4.18 but every time I open BZ it launches ZOOM and tried to schedule a meeting. Anyone know why?
Re: BZ launches ZOOM!
How are you trying to open BZFlag? If it's from an icon on desktop, check the properties to see what command it executes. Someone might have had a bit of fun and put the path to Zoom executable there instead.
Re: BZ launches ZOOM!
The target from properties is "C:\Program Files (x86)\BZFlag 2.4.18\bzflag.exe" and it's from a start menu Icon. BZ and Zoom launches together
Re: BZ launches ZOOM!
#1 What version of Windows is this?
#2 What software firewall do you use?
#3 Whose computer is it (True+ly yours or provided by a company) ??
#4 Go over the config file.
#5 If you need help going over the config file. Not including the password - somehow and way show us it.
-Option one-
Upload the contents to here and use the code feature.
-Option two -
Use Pastebin or something else like it and provide a link to your file at Pastebin (or something else like it).

Re: BZ launches ZOOM!
I'm pretty sure this isn't happening due to BZFlag, but rather Zoom. I don't know how Zoom works exactly, but there's likely some sort of daemon running that reacts to apps opening, namely BZFlag, it seems. Try killing all Zoom processes and see if this still happens.
Re: BZ launches ZOOM!
trpted, most of those are irrelevant questions. #1 is useful, and #2 slightly so. The rest, not. As you might imagine, we don't have a config option for launching Zoom meetings.

Does it happen when you try and open windowed?
