when i try and enter a certain map it says that the global server is approved and then the screen just doent pop up y is this

I have no idea, but it happens to me, too, on some servers.

I've never had that problem, but I've had the problem of global login not signing me in.

Something like that has happened to me, it says Global Login Approved and it comes up with a - next to my name!

gloabl login approved
