Automatic Respawns

Here's a small and simple modification which allows you to respawn automatically.

Head over to 'LocalPlayer.cxx' and find this section of code:

setStatus(PlayerState::DeadStatus);
	location = Dead;
	if (isAutoPilot()) {
	  CMDMGR.run("restart");
	}
      }
Change it to the code below:

setStatus(PlayerState::DeadStatus);
	location = Dead;
	if (1) { // Always true, so always automatically respawn
	  CMDMGR.run("restart");
	}
      }
And that's how to have automatic respawns.
