Is there a detailed list of the map changes implemented in 1.9?
the wiki has some, but i believe there is more.

that page has the changes that were made. The format didn't change, mostly it was just enhanced a bit, and made more consistent. ( no neg scales, drive thru, and shoot thru options, etc.. )
