Noob compiling error in Xcode 2.2.1

I keep getting this error when I try to compile BZFlag 2.0.8 in Xcode. Please help me! I'm a noob! [see attached screenshot for error]

did you run "./configure" ?

It may have been something I did to the source code, I'm going to download a clean tarball and try again.
