can compile on ubuntu

When I try to compile bz on ubuntu it says I need lb tool

I go find libcurl4-openssl-dev i package manager, but I fails in downloading due to a 404

I go to http://packages.ubuntu.com/lucid/amd64/ ... v/download and download that, but its not the full package just a fancy link ad fails to a 404 while installing

WHERE CAN I GET libcurl4-openssl-dev !!!!!

i can run bz from the version in the package manager, however I would like to compile my own for development reasons (like making red team orange)

If you're getting a 404, you need to update your apt package list. Do 'apt-get update' or 'aptitude update', or do it from your graphical package manager (should be an Update button).
