CVS clients
CVS clients
Any suggestions on CVS clients?
I use WinCVS for checking out modules. For doing diffs, I use a custom command line from in it so I can run diff in -u mode.

the best damn CVS client on windows. No command line, no typing, just pure shell integration and visual dif tool.

Dev Tools
Yes, you need the Apple Developer Tools. They will be on your Software Install disks as one of the optional packages available for install -- should be named "Developer Tools" or something similar.
If you can't find them on your disks, or can't find your disks, you can download the dev tools from apple's website. There is a slew of information at http://developer.apple.com/ .. you will need a (free) Apple Developer Connection account, but that's really easy and quick to set up. Go to http://connect.apple.com/, create an account, log in, download the dev tools, install them, and you should be good to go.
Cheers!
