I can't compile since I updated to Mac OS X lion.. Any tips?

We need more information if you're expecting help. Also, why can't you just use the binary package we provide?

Ok I'll do that, I like to mess around with it a little. I'm a comp sci major at school right now..

Actually though it's giving me that:
