THAT'S not how you convert people to BZFlag. The goal is to get them hooked first, and THEN teach them the F12 "cheat."

I'm not sure if you can do customization with Cafepress, but it would be cool if you could. Of course, I'm a programmer, so I don't know very much about the art of T-Shirt making. (Although there's someone I know who does...)

I've always wanted to have a BZFlag LAN party...

Well, they were simply examples of what i was talking about earlier. But you're right, making things that would be usable might be difficult. But one can dream, can't one? :D

If you have about $300 for the suppplies you could make a ton of t-shirts however you want. I've seen a lot of youtube video's on this.

Also there are tons of other sites than cafepress. Some cheaper, some have more colors, etc. etc.

I for one want to be able to make custom baseball shirts like this:
http://images.buycostumes.com/mgen/merc ... 0,0xffffff

I have a spiderman baseball-t that the mint value is getting close to $200
Although having five year old kids running up to you pointing, and saying, "Spiderman!!!!!" is a little surprising.

Since I am quite a little Photoshop deviant myself, I will probably make some custom BZFlag hoodies or T-Shirts.

It is not a main project, but I will try to do my best to make them buyable or something. :D

Here's a great idea for a shirt I would buy.

Put the radar images of famous maps in a grid along the front of the shirt. You could have radar images of Overlord, Babel, Pillbox, Ducati, and various other maps, and maybe you could have a giant HiX in the center.

Just a thought.

This thread's a bit old, but I figure I should post my suggestion here.

www.customink.com makes custom t-shirts. You can either buy just one or buy a batch of them at a time.

They are slightly more pricey then the company we are looking at now.

We are looking into having a number of shirts printed (50ish) and selling them on an official BZFlag store.

Will it distribute worldwide, or US only?

the plan is worldwide. shipping will cost a little more outside the US but it won't be too bad.
