Is there any way to get BZAdmin not to say BZAdmin as the email. Many times I want to just chat with people playing, and the F1 minimized screen can get distracting with all the movement. And god knows how long I'd be banned for BZAdmining others servers. Is there any way to make it look like I'm a normal observer?

Why would you be banned for joining a server using the bzadmin client? bzadmin is a perfectly legitimate client for connecting to servers just like the game client is. It is not reserved strictly for admins.
As for your question, I'm sure it is possible with a source code mod.
