Nothing more is productive, nor has it been for a while in this thread. In summary:
Sig's server, Sig's rules. It's not like you didn't know about them, and they do not violate the project's rules for listing his server. If you don't like them play elsewhere (or he may force the issue, it is his right as the owner)!
