I am banned from all servers hosted by "OoO" for a week for mentioning the GU League. What exactly is OoO

Well, it seems I was originally banned on one of Signasr2's servers for mentioning GU league.

All my servers are hosted by me, therefore they all are connected in terms of ban lists.
OoO is the person that built me my server, and I am the one that is using it.
