I've checked for the source code of Web BZFS, but the links no longer work.

Does anyone happen to have an archive of Web BZFS source code?

I'd recommend avoiding systems like that. Can't recall if it was that one, but there was one web management system I was able to gain a full remote shell on.

It may tend to be insecure, but I still would like to view the source if possible.

Some players are hard to get in touch with I presume as by looking on bzstats and BZBB.
Sometimes a forum post may help more players then a single message might.
Also sometimes the original author may not have an archive, but another player might.

I made that web manager many many years ago and barely remember it.
I cannot guarantee any level of quality on it; it's very possible that it contains critical security flaws - quite likely even, as it was one of my earlier PHP projects.
For anyone who's interested in this thing anyways, I found what seems to be the latest archive of it. Use at your own risk.
