a new idea - team death match

Hi all,
I've decided to propose another idea for BZFlag.
There has been a number of ideas and concepts for game modes.
From simple to complex, there has been a large number of modes made.
There is still some modes which have not been made/implemented.
The idea for a team death match is players will spawn on opposite ends of a map.
Players are armed with ST flag and 20 shots, but to make it more interesting, the shot type is changed to rapid fire.
This game is determined by which team can win 5 rounds first.
Each round lasts 2 minutes and the team with the most players alive at the end of the round wins.
In the event of an even number of players left by the end of the timelimit, it is a tie.
Players have 1 life per round as well.
Only thing is I'm not sure if the spawn time can be controlled/adjusted.
(This way players all spawn at the same time when the round ends.)
