Stupid flags

I recently noticed a stupid and in my opinion superfluous negative flag: 7-1.

I find this flag detrimental to the gameplay as it adds nothing, it's merely irritating.

I find negative flags in general to be detrimental to the gameplay, and as far as I'm concerned they should all be scrapped.

That flag is not one of the default game flags, as such it has nothing to do with the base game itself. As far as I know, it is only included in optic delusion's Apoc server. You should direct any feedback on the matter to him.

The One Bad Flag Stays.
Use it right, and it's a good flag.
It replaced "The Fifty", which was too overpowered.
Take a look at my Defender game mode concept.

Other than to find the "goal" flag (yellow flag on radar), can anyone explain its purpose?

How is the point value that is awarded/deducted, calculated?

Each shot costs one point.
Each kill earns 7 points.
Flag goes away after 7 seconds.
You could shoot about 8 shots in that time.
