formula

Just one random comment:

sqrt( 1 - (velocity^2 / speed of light^2))

is the "Lorentz factor", and of course applies to things that go
really fast. I have a very fast small sailboat (a Banshee), so that's what I named it (the formula is on the stern). It does seem to amuse people, but
it's hard to publish in any sort of typeset lists, say of race results.

I can't believe a rodent had to correct your relativistic physics. What kind of lame household appliance are you? ;)

I knew about Lorentz contractions becasue once I ran so fast in my wheel at night that I contracted enough to slip between the bars of my cage.( I knew sitting next to that cyclotron was worthwhile.)

I think that my brain is contracting as my bzbb post count increases. ;)

Given the current rate, I'd better brush up on my quantum mechanics before my brain reaches nano proportions.

btw, TPP, I like that name for your boat.
