SW's dont look right on my PC

is it just the color that looks weird? the sw looks fine.

What exactly do you consider to be the problem?
(and yes, the color does look wrong)

can you not see the difference?

one(yours) is a bubble the other(mine) looks a flat. :roll:

you have lighting enabled? (fast or best)
it'll also depend on the direction of the sunlight.

no, i keep lighting off
and is it really something to do with the sun? i dont think so because it has always been like that. Thx for help. :?

You have to turn on lighting if you want to see the SW effects.

The position of the sun depends on where it will reflect on the shockwave. Again, you must have lighting effects turned on to see this.

hmmmm, sorta off topic, but i wonder what sw would look like at night... i'm gonna have to go check that out. :P

It just doesnt have a reflection ( i think)
