About 3 yrs...oh, yeah! I saw a guy named, like, LordChase and he had this thing at the end, and it said something like (Omer (so and so)) That's the closest I got to an Oma.

This was even before Onkel Frank improved the network code, so bzflag was finaly WAN playable.
purple_cow: yea, me and my GM ... a long love story ... and i still hate stose stealths!
GM is for the lazy of us, they do the killing. Even nicer after Onkel Frank did those nice flaming trail graphics.
Hell Ya: So you must have been green too, right? fine
Or were you one of those *"§&$§&§ stealth tanks shooting in my back? hehe
Life was good but busy the last years.
Work was getting more and more challenging.
Now i moved to Munich, new company, doing GPS/Galileo stuff here.
And finaly, there is another reason for now-time-to-play-bzflag:
Wedding is mid June.
Invitations to Bad Al and Onkel Frank are on its way.
I haven't been playing for a long long time. But every couple of years i download the actual version and try playing a bit.
But a few months ago (i was running in a green tank labeld "dudel") i was constantly going negative score.
I sucked noodle big time.
But hell, what's this? GM only for 20 shoots? WTF?
Hey, this is not the game i remember.
Complicated maps, flying (not jumping) tanks, etc. the game evolves.
So, have fun playing this addictive game!
But don't forget, there is still a life out there.

never have i seen you, but heared many stories.
I think that name will stay attached to bzflag and to the good old days, them old days when even the future looked brighter.
Just a note, you know how "uiuiuiuiui" is banned from using, it was proven that it caused lag (joke by Chestal)
