their is this plugins menu and where can i find plugins and how could i install them

BZEdit32 hasn't really been getting any real updates lately, and was stopped long ago. It is discontinued and the Plugins menu was simply there as an idea of including them later on, however they never were added as a feature, so therefore there are no plugins to download.

I believe that is an unimplemented feature. Also it is BZEdit32 (call it by it's name or people will be confused).

that's just a list of the last set of changes from the CVS log. You should notice they are all dated in 2005.

BZEdit is dead.

the plug-ins menu was an idea but was never implemented.
