I heard there is no bz edit for mac but is there other map making applicatios people can use? :?

Binary Spike is working on soemthing called "iBZEdit", a BZEdit for macs. Wings3D also works for macs. You can make maps with that, but if you do, be sure to grab Trepan's plugin.
