If an admin can ban you, there really should be a way to contact them for discussion or at least a what-the-heck conversation if you dispute their decision. The arbitrariness is ridiculous.

- Click on 0 new messages (or whatever the count shows) at the top of the forum page
- Click the New PM button.
- Type the name of the admin in the top recipient box (which you have from the ban message), with the find a member link next to it (or search for them by using the find a member link)
- Type a subject and a message
- Send it and wait for a reply.
