If an admin can ban you, there really should be a way to contact them for discussion or at least a what-the-heck conversation if you dispute their decision. The arbitrariness is ridiculous.

1. Click on 0 new messages (or whatever the count shows) at the top of the forum page
2. Click the New PM button.
3. Type the name of the admin in the top recipient box (which you have from the ban message), with the find a member link next to it (or search for them by using the find a member link)
4. Type a subject and a message
5. Send it and wait for a reply.
