Better chat system

I suggest these features:

- adding a shadow, similar to the console one, under the text, then it is more visible. But only when you type, not always.
- if possible (maybe it's an old implementation/development), improving the speed of the general input system of the keyboard. I note the reaction like a tiny bit slow, when every key is pressed down; even on the menu.
- improving the behaviour of up and down arrows, to avoid the deletion of the entire text, previously typed (happens by mistake often). The operating system console (Linux) showes the original text when you use them.

It has happened to me sometimes when text is deleted or sent to the wrong recipient.
Perhaps enlarging the text would help.

I'm agreeing with alpha1 that some improvements would be nice.
