#2 I asked over NNTP at news.grc.com in the grc.sqrl area, in a thread titled: SQRL and NAT router question some questions including:

c) Does/will it work with other protocols besides HTTP/HTTPS, like e-mail (POP3/IMAP, SMTP) ?

and the current answer back is

Not yet, but there is no reason why it could not be adapted to do so.

Since I am not a programmer, now for the questions about it dealing with this game (BZFlag):

Could you guys/gals adapt SQRL for use with-in BZFlag?

More than likely you will start off doing it for the Wiki and the forums here, before moving to the game itself.
