Rabbit Hunt game suggestion...

hi all =)


ever since hepcat switched to a rabbit hunt game map , ive been getting alot of complaints about hunters tking each other ...many of the tks were by n00bs .

so i was tinking ...

instead of rouge-yellow ...
mayb change the color of the hunters on radar from rogue-yellow to orange? to correspond with the actual tank color . also change the hunters bullets to orange ?
(o and the scoreboard-callsign color too ;)

mayb this will help lower the TKs an end some confusion by n00bies?

yes/no/maybe?

Makes perfect sense. I don't really understand why they used rogue colors in the first place. I know people don't really work as a team much in rabbit hunt, but in most cases, neither do they in team games. :)

I like the idea of rabbit = white, team = red (or oange). The idea of the radar reflecting team color (since the hunters play as a team - more or less) makes since. That would help the rabbit stand out a little.

Still, folks can also help by paying attention to what they are doing.

Rabbits actually are rogues, with a bunch of hacks applied to enable tk counting, reskinning, and so on. In 2.0.3, the radar blips and some of the scoreboard text has been changed from yellow to orange. For everything to work properly they'll have to be made thier own team, which will probably happen in 2.1.
