BZFX is searching for a US server (German one found for now)

BZFX no longer has a server to host on. We are actively searching for a server and anyone who can help in this area is strongly encouraged to contact me.

I'd offer hosting, but I don't think my connection could handle it ...

It's just a 1.5Mb DSL connection.

You ought to ask Tadd to host it ... he might do it for ya.
And if you ask really, really nice, maybe he'd give ya ssh/ftp access, too.

Tadd would have to add his special side texture to the map that lists the server administrator and host with every map that you have, but other than that, tadd would be a great place to host. He has plenty of bandwidth to spare.

Yes, I know.

Except BZFX is not Boxy War. BZFX is an entity, an organization; Boxy War is a very popular map we host.

In order to make it truly BZFX I'd need shell access and the availability to host other servers.

If you dont want him to add anything he wont. he put Up Misunderstanding for me and lego without any textures. so just tell him dont add anything and he wont.

I too think u should have tadd host. Great! Bandwith.

BZFX has acquired a German server. This is not what BZFX had in mind, but it's the best we can do at this time. Plosileague has moved along with it. Servers are scheduled to come back slowly (with the most popular first) in the coming days. Luckily BZFX's unique set-up has made this process much easier than conventional serving methods.

I hope I can announce some special BZFX projects soon that everyone will enjoy throughly.

We're still actively looking for a US server, so please, if anyone has any leads, contact me.
