I have a website set up where I can create a "course" for you that allows you to create quizzes and have them graded.
If you want to set up and design your own coptest, then post here with your server name, port (if you only want this test on 1 port), and then go register on http://xlr8scastle.elementfx.com/m. I will create a "course" for you and promote you to "teacher."

If you want to take a quiz that is available, go register on the site and "enroll" in the course, and take it's quiz(zes). You and the teacher will be able to see your grade and decide whether or not to accept you as an admin (or cop).

Note: the reason why I have course, teacher, and enroll in quotations is because the program I am using is really meant for educational institutions, but it can be used in this instance...

BZ admin and cops spots are usually given based on trust more than knowledge - it doesn't take much knowledge at all to watch over a server and get rid of cheaters.

I know, but I also know that some people like to have tests for new cops, and then decide based on the results. I don't know anybody who uses coptests on a pass/fail basis.

We on the Twilight server use that system, but we also poll each user that submits a test afterward no matter what their score is. The current cops/admins can review the results of each answer, and if they've never heard of that person, can learn their personality that way. Score isn't a huge factor, but can make assumptions to the cops and admins that compare it to others with higher scores.

Cruelmania does it also.
