From my extensive experience (I'm saying this with a laugh) in map design, mainly from Doom2, It seems to me like the node where the red's wall meets the edge of the map isn't snapped properly, causing a slight "bump" able to catch, especially since the BZ Flag makeup means that small bumps can have dramatic effects.
But as I have no BZ map experience I probably pulling it all out of my sock.
