Can anyone tell me why port 5154 is offline?

What do you mean? Where? That is the default port for every bzflag instance if not changed. Also, the individual maps/servers are not technically affiliated with this forum. This is the development forum and is a good gathering place to discuss the game, but questions about specific servers are best directed at the server owner through a PM or e-mail.
