This server runs the past-popular decks world, usually with no flags. Shots are often set at 1,3, or 5 depending on my mood, but occasionally run at 10. For the next few months, it is on a university connection and can handle many players at once.

As far as "terms and conditions," that too depends on my mood. I do not tolerate cheaters or overly offensive language, but I'm fairly lax.
