What type of internet connection do you have (dial up; cable; DSL)?

Cable connection!

Do you think it is lagging because of norton antivirus and windows firewall?

if you have any other internet using program open like messengers, p2p programs or any downloads your lag will be high/higher/highest. antivirus or firewall won't effect it.. your distance from the location of the server is a big factor for lag too. like on hepcat my lag is 280 ms, whereas on european servers about half that much.

The problem is maybe the graphic card. I think that if it is too old, the computer run slowly and the lad become higher.

I suppose it, is it right?

Yes it may be the graphic card, i have an integrated intel card on the motherboard - Intel® 82865G Graphics Controller.

But i think as suggested by Green Manalishi, the distance from the location of the server is the main cause of this problem...

Thanks to everyone who helped!
