What is this and why is it there?

and its recoreded in my masterbot capture file and it just takes up space is there any way to stop this happening?
And it constatly repeats as well

that is the serverlist taking info and keeping the info up-to-date, there are many server-info sites so many of those will pop up. i don't think there is a way to disable that because the serverlist info-takers are tecnicly invisible players that sign on for .01 seconds i thnk.

That would prevent your server from being on the server list.

what brad said, those people are taking info from your server too add to the server lists. Banning them (if possible) would cause your server to not be on the serverlist. Just ignore these messages
