Since I've seen many posts on bandwidth utilization, I wanted to post a graph of the per player consumption on my server, badgerking. The data is collected using a simple shell script, bzadmin, and the vnstat utility. I then graph the data using gnuplot.
I'm averaging around 15 players at any given time and I *think* the chart is relatively accurate for my server.
Hope this sheds some light on this question for others.

How many shots? Rico? Amount of flags?
All these things add up to more bandwidth.

5 shots, +f good (three times)
Rico? Well, you'd better define what that is.
In the end, I'm not really concerned with providing any hard and fast number, but merely illustrating what type of traffic I am seeing on my server. I would think that the configuration is fairly normative though.
