ok now i cant figure out the -world? What on earth do i put for -world? when i put "map.bzw" it says base not defined for blue team

Make sure you use -mp correctly.

I would guess his map is defined correctly for that error to come up, else he would have an "File not found" error...
And I doubt any path has or in it anywhere.

well i get that error when i forget to put the map in my test server.

also, whatever bases you have, be sure to aloows players for that team.

ex:
