groupdb and userdb

Hi!

I've been searching everywhere, but I can't seem to find any examples of a userdb file.

Could someone please make me a sample of both a userdeb and groupdb file?

userdb is made automatilcy.

there is a simple group db in the /misc dir of the source release.

you don't, they register localy.

we highly recomend AGAINST using local registraton. It is best to use global registration ( no user db ). Use global groups, then all you need is the group db.

For global registration, does the server have to be public?

yes, but you can advertise to noone, and stay off the list.
