Weird 2.0.10 bug? or is it not a bug?

ok, this evening my 2.0.10 client asked me to upgrade to 2.0.10. I clicked "yes" and bz downloaded the upgrade, restarted and asked again. How do I fix this?

that was a problem with the update script and the MOTD, it should now only give that notice to 2.0.8 windows users.
