2.4 rc-1 'O' menu doesn't cycle through.

2.4 rc-1 'O' menu doesn't cycle through.

In 2.4 rc1 when you press 'O' you can cycle through the menu only with the 'down' key, but if you try the 'up' arrow key it will stuck on some item (usually "Kick") and won't go further.

Confirmed. Only happens as a normal player, not as an admin. Does not occur in 2.0.16.

well, it wasn't me who has found the bug (it was some unreged player), but I was asked to report it.
