Minor bug on radar in obs mode.

I have noticed that when you are in obs mode, no matter how high the guy you are driving with is, the shots on radar are always relative to the ground lvl (shots on the ground are bright instead of shots at current lvl are bright). also in obs mode no matter what height you are teleporters always turn the screen yellow even if there way down low.
