runtime error 1.11.28

Post by The Red Baron » Mon Dec 13, 2004 7:48 pm

Playing Trepan's twisted snowman map i get this runtime error:

r6025 - pure virtual function call.

bzflag then exits. it usually happens right after i take a jump.

computer specs are

Windows 2000

Geforce2 MX/MX 400 32mb - driver 6.14.0010.5216

Directx 9.0b.

shadows, depth buffer, culling, and collision are all turned off. Settings came default like that.

Also, it only happens on that server, or map.

On trepan's physic driver, i get the message "cannot load texture: nojumping" but everything else works fine and i can play on that server with no problems.

So apparently Trepan doesn't like me :D

Hope that helps you identify the problem.

I'd like to add that Ialso get the "cannot load texture: nojumping" message, so that area just appears black. The runtime error I've never experienced.

well, seems that turning depth buffer on eliminates that error, and increases framerate by 50%

The "nojumping" error pops-up because I've got
that texture defined in the map, but it only exists
in my local data/.

I can't be of much assistance with the runtime error
as I do not have a windows machine available to me,
and do not crash on that map when using BSP.
