Full screen on OS X mouse problems (exposé and multidisplay)

Two major problems with mouse input when running bzflag 2 full screen in Mac OS X (10.3.8).

The first is, even with Capture Mouse set to on, your pointer can move off the game screen onto another display, such as the laptop's built in screen. Other than powering off secondary display, putting the computer to sleep, and waking it up, there's no workaround for this. Very annoying to be making a quick turn to dodge some fire and losing your pointer to another display. By the time you get it back you're dead. Plus you look like a dummy sitting there, spinning.

The second is slightly less critical. Moving to the corners of the screen will trigger Exposé events you had set up for those corners. I imagine there's some common way for full screen games to disable that functionality temporarily. New Mac user, so sorry I'm not much help in tracking down the technical specifics.

Great work on the game though, developers. Congrats on 2.0.

Found some reference to the multi-display problem in the sourceforge bug DB.
