copyright question

I`d like to know if the ducati and the pillbox map are copyrighted or not.

Have they been released under some kind of public license so that everyone can use them?

If they`re copyrighted, who holds the copyright now?

I`ve searched the wiki and the forum and asked many people but i coulnd`t get a satisfying answer.
People tend to say LGPL, so beeing allowed to use them, but noone is sure.

Ducati uses random maps, so they aren't even released as files, the server can generate them.

Pillbox does not seem to be hosted here, so the only thing you can assume is that it is copyright and has no redistribution/rehosting rights unless you get specific permission from the author.
