If I understand correctly, you want to know if 2.0.2 maps will work with 2.0.4?

The 2.0.x line is compatible with all maps made for that (even ones in the 1.x.x line)

please use full sentances when asking questions.

there is no "new" way to make a map that did not exist for 2.0.2
2.0.4 does contain new map features that only work in 2.0.4, but 2.0.4 will read in 2.0.2 maps just fine.

hand coding is always an option...
Games don't make people violent, lag does.

But hand-coding is more of a 'trial-and-error' approach, if you have the patience to code a map in TextEdit or NotePad, i admire you.
Me however, i could not sit there for that long without actually playing[/] the game.
Still that's me, and every1 is different.

Yes, that's what I thought but I omitted it from my post...

Isn't one of the new features that objects can move?

It does, because i used it to make my Playtime map in the 'Map Releases' section.
and i've been playing on 2.0.4 ever since it was released.

BZEditW32 was made for version 1.7e2, so yes it will work for ANY version after that :) It dosn't do any 2.0 features, and never will. We do not update it for each version. It was an old project that is now dead.
