Changes to Developer Agreement

Just so everyone knows, Tim Riker has decided to make a change to the developer agreement, and change to Copyright Assignment.
This is not a change to any kind of license and does not affect bzflag's open source status at all. We are still LGPL and fully open source, that ain't ever changing.
What this does do is give Tim better tools to keep BZFlag open source since with Copyright Assignment there is no question about who the owner of the code is (it's Tim Riker) and who is responsible for enforcing the license.

All new submissions are subject to this agreement from now on.
